Weekend Cook

(Part-Time, 10 hr wk.)

At Paxton Ministries, food is more than a task—it’s an expression of care. As a Weekend Cook serving every other weekend, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting meals that nourish both body and spirit. This position requires strong culinary ability, the initiative to manage kitchen operations independently, and a Christ-centered approach to service. 2nd Shift Resident Support Assistant

(Part-Time, 21 hr wk.)

Make a real difference in the lives of others by joining Paxton Ministries as a Resident Support Assistant. We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to serve during 2nd shift (3:30pm – 11:00pm). This role focuses on administering medications and supporting daily resident needs—perfect for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to helping others thrive. Development Assistant

(Full-Time)

Do you enjoy combining organization and creativity to make a meaningful impact? Paxton Ministries is seeking a Development Assistant to support gift processing, donor engagement, and digital communications. This role supports fundraising efforts, event planning, and clear, consistent messaging while working closely with a collaborative, relationship‑focused Development team. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, spiritually grounded, and motivated by a heart for service.
